Really cute, pub vibes. Local feel. Great happy hour prices. Got the artichoke dip. Doesn't look like the typical dip, kinda chunky, but the flavor is awesome definitely worth getting.

In my single days, I would be in here sticking and moving, working the room, talking to pretty girls yada-yada woopty-woop....But in a much more real sense I would be standing in the corner with my tequila soda high and tight in my right hand whispering to my homie, "Damn she's bad..." Now in my Big Mono(gamy) days, I pop in here once every few months with friends as it is a fun place to come, have a couple drinks, play pool, and enjoy the lively 70s ambiance that Flower Shop provides. I feel like people take themselves way less seriously here than many other places in the city, and I largely think that's due to the 70s vibe. It's just good energy. My only gripe is that they close at 2am, where sometimes I feel like the night is really starting to hit its stride and the lights come on smh. Everyone loves coming to Flower Shop, whether they want to admit it or not... although I need to give a disclaimer. If he wears Flower Shop merch, he is bad news, Sis. The Flower Shop hoodie is a no no. Big red flag. Keep looking. -BIG MONO! IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov_reviews

This hidden gem boasts a nostalgic ambiance reminiscent of a '70s grandparents' basement, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. The star here is undoubtedly the delicious oysters, offering a culinary experience that pairs perfectly with the charming retro vibes. A four-star rating reflects the distinctive charm and tasty delights found in this underground bar.

The Flower Shop is a go to spot if mine, the vibes are always right! We had some great dishes the fish and chips, the meat pie, the steak sandwich, and the disco fries. The standout was the steak sandwich with thinly sliced steak that pretty much melts in your mouth. Service was top notch as well

My friend wanted to treat us to this place and at first I was a little reluctant as it seemed kind of divey but I'm glad I came. During happy hour the oysters were $1.50 each which was a wonderful deal. I ended up ordering the maitake mushroom rigatoni which was really delicious. It had cherry tomatoes and basil. The cherry tomatoes were really sweet and juicy. The pasta was full of flavor and I liked that there was already chili flakes and cheese ontop. Theres a cute little bar in the basement floor which was so cute! It literally looked like someones basement with a bunch of couches, a pool table, and a photobooth. It had a really cute charm to it! I'm even kind of reluctant to give a good review because maybe this is a place to gatekeep lol

*4.5/5 Thank you Bumble for yet another stellar event -- The Flower Shop was even more generous than sister restaurant Little Ways, as my friend and I nabbed a free drink and app each! Talk about smart marketing. I got a vodka (diet) coke; it tasted like a vodka coke, just infinitely smoother than the ones I used to down in college. My friend had the "best vodka cran" she's had in her life, so high praise all around. For apps, we split the chicken wings and brussel sprouts, as well as an additional side of fries. The chef must have been very into ~sour~ as a flavor bc both the wing sauce and the sprouts were decently acidic. Not a bad thing; both apps were very decent (and also very free). The fries were... aight. Of all the fries I've had in my 21 years of life, The Flower Shop fries sit squarely in the 50th percentile. Interior was a vibe! The basement had an animal print pool table, chalkboard decor, a TV that was airing Akira, and was packed like sardines later in the night. We ended up staying upstairs at the bar, and the bartender was a p chill lady. Overall solid experience. If someone took you on a date here, you'd know they'd at least be kinda fun.
